岗位职责/岗位要求:
Position : Product Manager
Location : Beijing
Main Tasks:
-- Develop and execute annual marketing plan to capture market opportunities and maximize the product value
-- Establish proper product position and identify the target customer segment based on thorough understanding of the market situation and competition
-- Manage the brand budget according to the market needs and company policies; realize the brand business target
-- Provide innovative support to the sales team (detailing and educational materials, training, promotional programs, etc.)
-- Establish and maintain strong relationship with opinion leaders
-- Carry out relevant projects and tasks from the headquarters
Qualifications:
-- University degree in medical or related field
-- Minimum 2 years experience in pharmaceutical product management
-- Working experience in pediatrics preferred
-- Experience in new product launch in pharmaceutical industry preferred
-- Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
-- Must have excellent communication skills
-- Must be energetic, intelligent, reliable, analytical, and friendly
-- Must have good oral and written English skills
