Responsibilities：
Lead a team of 4 members;
Communicate with US colleagues;
Manage the timelines of the project;
Solve technical problems during the project;
Deliver quality projects as expected.

Requirements:
Computer science degree;
5 years of work expereince in VTL (Vertual Tape Library虚拟磁带库) or DR (Disaster recovery灾难恢复);
Good english, able to communicate with US colleagues;
Able to work as a team leader and team member;
Strong project management experience.
