Main Job Description:
1.Cooperated with Regional Manager on sales strategies developing in the area. Implemented sales strategies in the area ; monitor the organization of promotion activities in hospital.
2.Provide the sales report monthly to the Regional Sales Manager including sales target, sales cost, sales activities, personnel changes and any changes might impact our business
3.Establish and maintain a outside network of key area opinion leaders at government, hospitals and distribution level with particular focus on price, drug reimbursement listing and co-payment;
4.Being responsible for maintaining network with commercials distributors, to ensure smooth supply channel in the market; Responsible for hospital bidding and drug listing in the area, which is the base for sales achievement and its further growth; Fully responsible for sales growth in hospitals
5. Being involved into local marketing strategies designing and implementation;
6.Carry out assessments of the field representatives as agreed with the Regional Sales Manager; Cooperate with Regional Manger and HR for talents
7.selection in the field to ensure the high efficient workforces in the field; Develop the skills and knowledge of the field personnel

Requirement:
1.University degree or above, major in medical, clinical is preferred
2.3-5 years medical sales experience and 2-3 years managerial experience or above
3.Deep understanding on PH market;
4.Initiative and self-motivation;
5.Having spirit on team working;
6.Familiar on selling skills.
