Responsibility:

Lead the complete HR function in a fast growing mid-size company;
Develop and implement HR strategies, systems for group companies;
Develop and implement HR processes, procedures and policies to support the company;
Develop and administrate for HR all functions: recruitment & selection, performance management program, training & development, compensation & benefits, employee services and industrial relations;
Participate in establishing long-term programs of the company.

Requirement:

Master’s degree in HR major or equivalent;
Minimum 12 years working experience in large multinational manufacturing companies with 5 years senior executive level in Human Resources function;
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills and act as a powerful team player;
Good communication skill verbal and written, both in English and Mandarin;
Familiar with local labor law and regulations;
Be able to establish HR systems without any external resources, such as compensation, performance, people development and stock option plan.
